  • 30-minute 1:1 sessions for employees. Ahead of the session they will need to complete a short questionnaire and 3-day food and lifestyle diary which we will discuss in the session. The consultation will focus on the employee’s personal health goal and provide some foundational guidance on how to get there.

  • If you are looking to optimise your health and wellbeing offering via programmes, initiatives, HR policies and facilities, we can offer advice and support.

  • We will work with your operations team to fine-tune the nutritional offering available to employees in order to promote health and productivity.
